Method 1 of 2

Set picture saved on your PC as Windows 10 desktop background

Step 1: Go to the folder in which you have the image you want to set as the wallpaper.

Step 2: Right-click on the picture and then click on Set as Desktop Wallpaper.

The new picture should now be your new wallpaper. Simple as that!

Method 1 of 2

Step 1: Open , you can’t use as it won’t let you set an image as wallpaper.

Step 2: Now navigate to the image you want to see as your wallpaper.

Step 3: Right-click on the image and then click Set as background option.
