Spotlight Lock Screen is a new feature introduced in Windows 10 where you get these gorgeous lock screen images and you can even save them without help of any third-party tools. The manual method of saving spotlight lock screen images is fairly easy but requires navigating to Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Packages\ Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\ LocalState\Assets folder, and then manually changing file extensions to JPEG.
The problem was the renaming of the files manually and more importantly not getting of all the spotlight images.
